Meet Chrislyn Benjamin

The high‑achieving woman’s guide to rebuilding her life from the inside out.

For years, Chrislyn lived the script many women know too well: solid career, leadership roles, and the quiet pressure to be “the strong one” for everyone else. It worked—until her body finally said “no more.” A sudden cerebral ischemic attack forced her to stop, reevaluate everything, and learn how to build a life that didn’t require her to disappear to keep it all going.

From Collapse to Clarity

When the stroke took away the use of her dominant side, the simplest tasks became painfully hard. Writing a note. Getting dressed. Walking into rooms where she once felt confident.

Instead of forcing herself to “bounce back,” Chrislyn let the experience become a teacher. She learned to ask for help, to slow down, and to separate her worth from her workload.

Out of journals, prayers, tears, and slowly reclaimed strength, a pattern emerged—a human, hopeful process for facing disruption and walking through it step by step. That process became REACT.

Today, she uses that same process to walk alongside high‑achieving women who feel successful on paper but quietly off, numb, or exhausted inside.

A Note From My Heart to Yours

If you’re reading this, there’s probably a part of you that’s tired of holding everything together while feeling like you’re coming apart inside. I understand that pressure more than you know.

My work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you harder. It’s about creating a calm, honest space where you can exhale, tell the truth, and remember that your life belongs to you, too.

If something in you whispers, “I can’t keep doing it like this,” I’d be honored to explore what’s next with you.
